what is your return policy?

Be confident in your Shapeher™ purchase with our great satisfaction policy on our Sculpting Bodysuits. There's no need to worry about purchasing the wrong color or not ordering the right size, If you are not fully satisfied with a product in your order, we will cover the cost of the new Bodysuit, you'll just cover the shipping fee! You'll be able to keep (or toss) the product you received initially.

What can i do if i entered my details incorrectly?

This happens all the time so don't be worried. Please contact our friendly customer support team ASAP and as long as we haven't shipped your order we can have that changed for you. Contact us Here

I don't want my order anymore, how can i cancel?

At Shapeher™ we have a 1-Hour cancellation window. If you contact us between 1 hour we will cancel your order and refund your money with no hassle.

Any orders that pass the 1 Hour window will have already been handed over to the Carrier and cannot be cancelled.
